Monday morning work meeting at Innovation Quarter, a former Reynolds tobacco manufacturing plant under renovation. These men wearing hardhats, framed by the factory windows, gathered temporarily together in this vast space they’re tasked with transforming into today’s economic engines - biotechnology, medicine, fitness, community college and marketing.
